Creative Spaces Preschool is a safe, loving, and nurturing place for children to learn and grow. Our Preschool is dedicated to age-appropriate development, ultimately preparing children for kindergarten. Open-ended play areas encourage inventiveness and self-expression to increase brain functioning and build self-esteem. Rotating sensory tables and activities allow opportunities to further explore, learn and create.
The ages of 2 – 5 are some of the most developmentally impressionable years in a child’s life, and we recognize that these years should be carefully nurtured and guided to ensure that a child has everything they need to enter kindergarten and the world around them.
Preschool children are in a period of rapid growth in all areas of their development; physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. Creative Spaces offers a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere for children to expand their experiences and develop their skills in all of these areas under the guidance of caring and experienced teachers.
Our program setting provides the opportunity for children to practice social skills, develop friendships and learn how to solve problems cooperatively. Each day provides time for small and large group experiences, along with both open ended and structured activities.
Through non-competitive activities we support the child’s natural curiosity and creativity. Creative Spaces provides an environment that not only promotes intellectual and physical development, but also promotes a love of learning and respect of self, of others and of nature.
